Title:  Structural Engineer

Are you a Structural Engineer looking for a company that continues to thrive in this changing economy?  My client is currently interviewing for Structural Engineer positions with concentration in reinforced concrete and steel structures design. 

 

Scope of your work activity will include preparing preliminary designs and assisting in planning proposed facilities including gathering, reviewing and interpreting field data, existing construction, as-built and shop drawings, assists in developing scope of work and making appropriate recommendations to client for construction, renovation, repair or replacement.  You will also write technical specifications for structural projects and prepare sketches for CAD Operator. 

 

Successful candidates MUST HAVE a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, MUST BE registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  You will have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in design and engineering of reinforced concrete and steel structures.  You will be a team player with cooperative spirit, have the ability to clearly communicate with and present to technical personnel, managers and external clients. You will also be required to have a demonstrated knowledge of construction techniques and sequences, building codes and construction codes.

 

Salary range for this position will be commensurate with experience.  Excellent benefits available to successful applicants.  Relocation assistance is not available.
