Structural/Architectural Project Manager

We are looking to fill an opening for a Structural/ Architectural Project Manager in the Gainesville, Florida area. Coordination of the structural and architectural portion of a 5-story patient bed tower addition. This project consists of a cast-in-place concrete structure with a precast, metal panel and curtain wall skin. The finishes are standard healthcare quality with an aggressive schedule. Weekly updates/reports are necessary record maintenance. Monthly reporting to the ownership and project management are required at each OAC meeting.

Requirements include: Minimum - Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering. Five (5+) plus years experience in the healthcare construction industry, able to plan, direct and coordinate each milestone through completion of project. Must have experience with budgeting, and project control with the understanding of the Design-Build process. Strong ability to prepare proposals, develop construction schedules and coordinate efforts between our customer, subcontractors and the construction team. Excellent written and verbal communication is a MUST. Working knowledge of current state and federal guidelines for the construction site. Excellent supervisory skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, with Prolog, and Suretrack a plus). Able to work with minimal direction and a team player providing guidance to others. OSHA 30-hour, CPR, BBP, 1st Aid will be mandatory (training provided). References are required.
