As a Service Sales Account Executive for Johnson Controls, you will build and manage long term customer relationships/partnerships with targeted and managed accounts. In addition to creating new sales opportunities, Service Sales Account Executives position renewable service agreements as a foundation of your managed account relationships. Service Sales Account Executives are able to address customer's operational and environmental objectives and recommend solutions, linking customer objectives to a total value solution and competitive advantage. Service Sales Account Executives are also responsible for customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required. MBA preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive field sales experience. At least three years successfully selling HVAC or building automation system service or projects. Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business. Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills. Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels.
