Service & Repair Sales Representative
Are you a highly motivated and goal oriented sales professional, who has a mechanical aptitude?
ThyssenKrupp Elevator is currently seeking an individual who can aggressively identify and secure service contracts & repair work on a full line of elevator & escalator equipment manufactured by TKE & its competitors in the Idaho Falls/Rexburg area.
The Service & Repair Sales Representative is responsible for exceeding or meeting monthly sales quotas by maintaining and growing the customer base; utilizing sales techniques to up-sell to current customers & cold call on prospective customers; preparing proposals to bid on new jobs; delivering presentations; negotiating prices & other terms; completing paperwork & reports; and developing & maintaining strong relationships with new & existing customers.
A high school diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but equivalent sales experience will be considered. Requires a minimum of two (2) years experience in outside sales & cold-calling. Must be aggressive, have a positive attitude & good mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, time management & MS Office computer skills are necessary. Previous elevator industry experience is a plus.
