Service Administrator & Dispatcher
BCM Controls (a 60 employee specialty contractor) designs, installs and services integrated building automation systems in the greater Boston area. BCM leads the building systems marketplace with flexible systems based on understanding how a building will best serve its owners. Utilizing highly skilled teams, BCM consistently delivers optimal customer based integrated systems that control all aspects of building operations such as HVAC, Lighting, Access Control, Security and CCTV. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Service Administrator and Dispatcher for our Security Division. This position is responsible for maintaining positive customer interactions and vendor relationships; processing service work orders, dispatching service personnel, purchasing materials and following up on repairs, posting invoices and working closely with the Service Manager. This position requires a high degree of interaction with customers so a strong customer orientation and a demonstrated ability to manage expectations and satisfy customers is a must. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Administrative/Clerical/Dispatch experience, experience with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems, strong telephone etiquette, attention to detail and the ability to handle interuptions while still meeting deadlines.
