The qualified applicant will be able to perform routine inspections pertinent to the construction widening of a divided highway.  Duties will include excavation and embankment operations inspection along fill base and asphalt applications.  The applicant must have experience with soils, aggregate, concrete and asphalt.  Must have inspection experience with MSE walls, concrete paving, asphalt paving, structures and bridge work, also must hold ACI field technician Grade 1 with Troxler and nuclear safety training.  MoDOT technician certification, additional training post high school education and design-build experience is a plus.
