Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced green building consultant to work on thrilling and innovative private and public sector Green Building, LEED and energy efficiency projects
Required Skills:
Green Building Experience, including LEED commercial projectsEngineering, Architecture and building construction backgroundBusiness Development skills and familiarity with the Green Building community in Southern California.Strong project management and client relationship management skills.Ability to work independently as well as on a teamAssisting building owners, design and construction project teams regarding green building concepts and technologies, facilitating charrettes, LEED documentation and design assistance.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
