The company is a leader in the clean energy industry with unique patented technologies and a successful track record in the marketplace.Â The company is backed by private equity and is in a position for substantial growth in the area of renewable energy sources.Â The CEO is looking for an experienced senior executive to strengthen the companyâ€™s general management and growth capabilities.Â The initial focus will be on proposal / contract development, project management, budgeting and planning, and cost analysis and control .Â The executive may also assume responsibility for a key market segment.The position will be based in California and require travel, primarily in the southwest.Requirements include:-Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum 15 years professional experience in construction or engineering contracting-Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge of energy markets in general, and California in particular-Â Â Â Â Â Â Clean tech background and AB-32 compliance experience preferred-Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience marketing and selling complex projects and concepts-Â Â Â Â Â Â Technical background or degree; business degree a plus-Â Â Â Â Â Â Labor relations experience-Â Â Â Â Â Â Systems capabilitiesCompensation is negotiable including equity.
