ARAMARK Technical Services provides a variety of architectural and engineering consulting services including energy management, capital project management and building commissioning primarily for educational institutions.  The results have been impressive: $7 Billion in projects commissioned, $3 Billion in capital projects managed and over $400 million in energy savings.  Technical Services delivers these services through years of technical expertise and professional experienced engineers, project managers, and technical professionals.  This talented team uniquely positions ARAMARK to assist customers in assuring that their assets are optimized and their cost appropriately managed. The Senior Energy Manager reports to the Director, Technical Services (Energy Management).  The Senior Energy Manager will have responsibility for business development, people management, service quality and financial performance within the State of Texas and expanding to the South Central United States.  Specific responsibilities include working with the regional teams to identify, and convert energy management opportunities, managing selected energy programs, providing energy training for technical services team, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.Opportunity This position offers accelerated professional growth opportunities for an experienced professional who can manage multiple account, lead and manage people and client relationships, and ensure quality of service delivery. Position responsibilities -  Lead business development process-  Direct accountability for regional energy engagements-  Schedule technical resources and develop/maintain budget-  Ensure quality of service delivery-  Manage resources efficiently-  Communicate regularly with Director, Technical Services-  Apply technical service standards and proprietary software database-  Maintain client satisfaction — externally and internally-  Project and report financial resultsRequired Qualifications -  Education:  BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering-  PE license or CEM certification is a plus-  Experience:  minimum of 8 years related experience -  Excellent verbal and written communication skills-  Strong analytical and leadership skills-  Demonstrated potential to advance within the organization-  Experience with any or all of the following systems - HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning and/or chillers-  Experience developing and implementing energy management programs
