Senior Building Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for managing a comprehensive grounds and  maintenance program that includes response to day-to-day service requests, apartment preparation, preventive and programmed maintenance projects, and capitol improvements for the Verano Place apartment community which is comprised of 862 apartments, 19 laundry rooms, and 3 community rooms in 90 buildings on a 19 acre site.  Supervises a staff of three Groundskeepers and six Senior Building Maintenance Workers to provide service during office and non-office hours.  Maintains stock and controls distribution of maintenance-related supplies and equipment.  Actively participates and promotes emergency preparedness and response efforts. Participates in the overall management of the unit.

Salary: $36,206 - $47,701

Work Schedule: 8-5, M-F

Valid California Drivers License for use of University vehicles
