Senior Benefits Analyst
SENIOR BENEFITS LEADERSHIP POSITION
Mid-Atlantic / Baltimore Area
Outstanding career opportunity exists with our Baltimore client as a Senior Benefits Analyst role for this multi-billion dollar company. This leadership position offers more than usual autonomy and will report into the Manager of Benefits Strategy.
You will provide project-level direction and guidance to other staff members that will include management of retirement and health & welfare benefits projects and programs. Additionally, you will support studies of potential benefit changes based on mathematical and statistical comparisons that are reviewed by top management and board members.
This position also provides oversight and direction on SOX compliance issues and provides support in the development and management of the corporate benefits budgeting and account reconciliation.
Candidates that bring a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Finance or related discipline along with 8 years experience directly related to the design, delivery, consulting, budgeting and communication of corporate benefit plans. CEBS or CBP certification a plus. Familiarity with PeopleSoft desired and your solid communication skills will round out your background. Base salary to $105k + bonus along with a comprehensive benefits program.
