SUBMITTALS ENGINEER - HEAVY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION

Submittals  Engineer, Tunneling and Underground Construction Frontier Kemper Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced  Submittals Engineer for assignment on the Modified Detroit River Outfall project in Detroit Michigan..  The project consists of an excavated rock tunnel, segmentally lined, several diffuser riser shafts and new hydraulic control structures. A slurry-type TBM will be utilized.Candidates should have  a  BS degree in Civil Engineering or a related area  and 5 + years of experience in technical submittals in the heavy construction industry.
