SAP Team Lead- Operations

My direct client in the Denver, Colorado area is in need of an SAP Team Lead, leading all of the functionality of Field Construction operations.

This resource will manage a team of 4 and will mentor and guide them to lead several smaller projects. The client has a highly customized environment and is a large user of SAP Project Systems. The primary function ofthis person is to support the client as they bring several companies live onto SAP, and to provide solutions to meet business needs of our fields operations, and to ensure ongoing improvement is realized.

Candidates should have the following skills:
* Experience with SAP Project Systems, as well as SD and MM
* Knowledge of database principles and methodologies.
* Ability to work with people on all levels including Senior Management and Project Personnel
* ABAP knowledge
* A minimum of 2 years as a Project Lead, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry
