Roofing Superintendent
TolTest’s Federal Services Division has an immediate opening for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent with at least 10 years construction experience, including previous superintendent experience. Experience in the installation of commercial roofing systems (flat and steep work), with an emphasis on Single Ply and metal systems, is required. Knowledge of Building and Site Construction, along with client management experience is essential. Candidates must be willing to travel, with possible extended stays out of town.
General Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years construction knowledge/experience with at least five years of project superintendent experience
• Building and Site construction experience
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• High level of attention to safety management
