We currently have an opening for Road Service Technician.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED:

 

·  Minimum of four (4) years of directly related mechanical repair experience

·  Valid Driver’s License and forklift certified

·  Must be able to excel with little supervision

·  Ability to effectively deal with customers and understand related reports

·  Strong verbal, written, and communication skills

·  Must be detail oriented and organized

·  Ability to work under and handle pressure situationsSUMMARY OF JOB TASKS

 

1. Detect and repair faults in all major components or systems of Hyster and other equipment including electrical, propulsion, hydraulic, mechanical, etc.

2. Maintains truck inventory by proper and regular parts reorders.  May be required to seek and purchase needed parts at outside sources.

3. Required to keep and regularly submit reports and invoices to Service Coordinator and Assistant Branch Manager

4. Performs other related duties as required or directed.
