Job Title: -- Resource Center Manager

Job Summary: --

This person will oversee the help desk, CMMS operations, maintenance engineering, and purchasing/warehouse operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --

The Resource Management Center supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing a number of administrative tasks for  including oversight of the following functions:

· Contracts Administration

· Finance and Accounting

· HR

· Planning and Estimating

· Information technologies

· Work Control

Duties include but not limited to:

· Manages the activities of the Contracts & Administration Division, including administration of the prime contract and Construction Subcontracting.

· Manages all contract deliverables

· Analyzes effects of proposed contract changes

· Reviews customer correspondence concerning contract commitments and changes

· Keeps company current on Government regulations and commercial trends

· Ensures contract is in compliance with Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act, and other Federal regulations

· Evaluates and directs progress toward company affirmative action goals

· Ensures personnel actions within the division comply with wage and salary standards

· Prepares and provides division input to project budget requirements

· Promotes quality and excellence in customer service

· Utilizes MAXIMO and other reporting tools to manage completion times and workload performance data.

 

Qualifications: --

Possesses at least ten years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position managing a portfolio comparable in size and scope and must have the ability to multi-task shifting priorities and the ability to meet deadlines. CMMS experience required.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, MBA preferred. Strong finance and analytical abilities.

Multi-site/ account experience.
