  GROWTH OPPORTUNITY…..Rapidly growing specialty contractor needs Project Managers to take charge of large projects (at various locations in the U.S.).  The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the job, including client contact, ensuring that the job is in compliance with the contract specifications, preparation of the schedule and meeting the budget.  The PM also assists in the selection of the personnel to run the job.  Relocation is not required.  Travel to and from the job site and living expenses are paid by the company.  The benefits include a vehicle allowance, healthcare plan, 401 (k) plan, and a bonus program.

 

Requirements: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, cost reporting experience and the ability to work effectively with the client/owner of the project.  Must also have excellent planning skills, have experience with at risk contacts and hiring and managing employees and sub contractors.  Residential construction experience is helpful.40 - 50% travel.
