Remediation Site Manager
Description: Growing Environmental and Remediation Firm looking for an experienced Remediation Site Manager.
Cabrera Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site remediation of radioactive and chemically-contaminated hazardous waste sites, primarily for Federal clients under CERCLA, FUDS, BRAC, FUSRAP, and other Government cleanup programs. This is a year-round, in-field position, with a majority of projects in the Eastern and Midwestern US. Qualified candidates should have a thorough understanding and 10 to 20 years experience leading earthwork and decontamination/demolition for environmental remediation, including UST and drum removals, excavation, dewatering, screen plant operation, capping, cutoff walls, landfill construction and operation, asbestos and LBP abatement, deconstruction, demolition, and waste transport/disposal. Experience in soil and groundwater treatment and construction of small buildings in support of remediation is desirable.
Requirements: Computer literate in Excel, Word, scheduling packages as well as excellent leadership and communication skills required. B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Construction Management desired.
