RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT/INSPECTOR

Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc., a national residential construction consulting firm, is looking for Consultants in our Austin, Texas, Division to perform Third Party Quality Assurance Inspections and Training.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

1)   Be a high energy, outgoing individual.

2)   Have 5+ years experience in the production home building industry.

3)   Be thoroughly familiar with all residential building trades.

4)   Be clean-cut and well groomed.

5)   Posses excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, inter-personal, and problem solving skills.

6)   Be computer literate.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1)   5+ Years experience in Residential Construction.

2)   IRC Certifications a strong plus.

3)  Energy Star Rater or Field Inspector a strong plus.

4)   Stable Background
