RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT/INSPECTOR
Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc., a national residential construction consulting firm, is looking for Consultants in our Austin, Texas, Division to perform Third Party Quality Assurance Inspections and Training.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
1)Â Â Be a high energy, outgoing individual.
2)Â Â Have 5+ years experience in the production home building industry.
3)Â Â Be thoroughly familiar with all residential building trades.
4)Â Â Be clean-cut and well groomed.
5)Â Â Posses excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, inter-personal, and problem solving skills.
6)Â Â Be computer literate.
Â
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1)Â Â 5+ Years experience in Residential Construction.
2)Â Â IRC Certifications a strong plus.
3)Â Energy Star Rater or Field Inspector a strong plus.
4)Â Â Stable Background
