Quality Control Manager ( Dallas Office )

C.F. Jordan Construction a leader in the constuction industry for a Quality Control Manager.

 

Quality Control Manager to work on projects(at various locations in the Southwest). The Quality Control Manager is responsible for maintaining the quality standards of the company on multiple projects. Must insure that the proper and up to date records are maintained for each project.

 

Primary responsibility for taking the lead by providing, implementing and administering a relatively new quality control / assurance program to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.  The canidate must develop and implement all aspects of a corporate quality control plan including development of written plan and working in the field as a change agent to achieve overall commitment to the process.

 

Minimum five years experience in the construction industry with a residential or commercial general contractor as a Quality Control Manager and / or Senior Quality Control Inspector.Excelent knowledge of building codes and general engineering principles, ability to motivate others and perform well ina team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, frequent travel in Texas is required.

 

Position will be based in the Dallas Area. Relocation is not offered for this position.

 

Salary negotiable depending on background and experience. Car allowance offered.
