Properties Manager
We are seeking a properties manager: Responsible for site selection, building, bid generation and approval, material ordering, ordering and placement of utilities and overall coordination of construction activities in the Company system. Position will also ensure that sites are built to appropriate auality control with respect to company specifications and schedules. Successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, project management and computer skills, the ability to effectively manage change and the ability to work in a fast pase work environment.
