Overview
Capstone's Military / Civil Operations division is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual with the knowledge, skills, and experience as a Project Manager/Lead Asset Management Specialist in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
-Monitors, manages, and directs the field deployed teams to ensure completion of required tasks as effectively and accurately as possible.
-Monitors work accomplishments by the field deployed teams and adjusts team assignments as necessary to achieve overall project goals.
-Provides routine status reports on work progress by the teams.
-Provides staff support to the Assistant Regional Engineer's office for coordination of team work with other ongoing asset management and utilization actions.
-Provides staff support to established boards for coordination of team actions.
-Evaluates alternatives to correcting deficiencies in space allocation within a given facility or set of facilities at an installation or across the region, to meet documented requirements.
-Performs space requirements analysis using standardized procedures from documented organizational and mission requirements.
-Organizes, oversees and participates as necessary in field verification of existing record floor plans for facilities.
-Verifies accuracy of floor plan configuration, dimensions and records space assignments to activity components.
-Organizes, oversees and participates as necessary in the collection of data on space assignments for individual facilities or activity components, utilizing standardized procedures; records space assignment data collected on aerial surveys and captures information in the Space Utilization Module of the Naval Facilities Assets Database.
 

Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree Required in specialized or related field. Master's  Degree preferred.
-Previous experience with facilities management, GIS and their application to facilities management processes, property management, planning and design processes and procedures.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities related work is required.
-Formal training and experience in utilizing AutoCAD and GIS software highly desirable.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
