Provide direction and manage tasks for federal building and facility construction projects. Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Requirements
Â
Must be experienced with engineering and construction tasks for new construction, renovation, and design/build projects. Work will involve environmental, infrastructure, and building & facilities including utilities, water, wastewater and environmental systems. Effective in utilizing both technical staff and subcontractors. Capable of implementing work from the office and in the field. Must be detail-oriented and quality-focused and have strong and pro-active understanding of construction health and safety.

Qualifications
Â
·        5 to 8 years of experience
·        Civil Engineering or related degree required; PE preferred
·        Excellent construction management skills
·        Strong technical writing, organizational and communication skills
·        Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel
