(DRE), a rapid growing, publicly traded-full service real estate development company has an opportunity for a Project Manager, Shell Construction in Minneapolis, MN.Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years experience managing commercial construction projects (Office, Industrial, Hi-Rise), and be capable of managing the following responsibilities: overall responsibility of industrial and office estimating; contract administration; subcontract negotiation/buyout; customer contact; scheduling; job cost management; and multiple project responsibility.
