Project Manager – Commercial Construction Products This innovative and impressive company with a patented product that is being implemented at a very rapid pace with large private sector commercial contracts, government construction projects, and multi, mixed-use office and industrial construction sites is seeking a very sharp, very focused, very friendly Project Manager to anchor a small team in their roofing division. Office Location in Tacoma but can live anywhere between Seattle and Portland with ability to come into Tacoma office for meetings and clients as needed.Excellent starting salary at $60,000 and full support with a group of professionals who value integrity above all else, respect family and personal time, and will provide the best in training. Suitable candidates should have: · General on site experience specifically on commercial job sites · Roofing experience - large construction projects preferred · Supervisory experience · Ability to read architectural drawings · Basic knowledge of low voltage electrical and electronics · Flexibility with travel and time management · Ability to occasionally travel internationally to Canada with valid passport or ability to obtain one without obstacles. · Superb communication skills · Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills · Self motivated with a positive attitude – this is an upbeat team! · Can work independently as well as part of a team.Please send resume with brief note of interest.
