PROJECT MANAGER
A 26 year old West Coast General Contractor with offices in Washington, Oregon and California is seeking a Project Manager who is organized, experienced, goal oriented and energetic, for our upcoming projects in Washington. Projects include Retail, Mixed Use, Commercial, Entertainment and Light Industrial ranging from $5 million to over $80 million in value. Candidates for these positions should be proficient in the use of MS Office applications, Primavera (P3 or P6, Suretrack, Primavera Contractor), 5 + years of experience in a similar market.
