Project Coordinator

Helix Electric,  one of the nation's largest specialty contractors is currently interviewing for the position of Project Coordinator in our Las Vegas office.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a construction environment and be comfortable working on a very fast paced, deadline driven team of professionals.

Typical responsibilities include, filing, developing and maintaining schedules, proof-reading proposals and requests for information, collecting pricing information from suppliers and vendors, and assembling construction related documents.

You will need to have exceedingly strong administrative and computer skills (msword and excel), a professional phone demeanor, and the ability to thrive in an environment that is very results oriented.
