This position requires 24hr/day weekend emergency contact coverage via a company provided cell phone on a 4 week rotating basis for the purpose of providing call in support for the Client, for emergency work notification and Contractor scheduling. It is expected that emergency calls will require on-site inspections and contractor guidance.QualificationsDemands a high affinity to follow Best Safe Work PracticesRequires a thorough understanding of Maintenance Work Activity Planning and SchedulingRequires 1+ years of Scheduling and Planning experience with the CMMS software MaximoRequires hands on experience as a Skilled Trades SupervisorRequires experience in Scheduling /Planning Predictive and Preventive Work Activities as well as Reactive / Emergent activities.
