Tracer’s specialty is in providing heat tracing solutions to our industrial client base. Tracer Industries was a privately held entrepreneurial company that was acquired by Tyco in 2001. The entrepreneurial spirit still thrives here and we have a small-company-feel where everyone helps each other, but we also have all the benefits of being part of a Fortune 50 company. This position will require some travel to the Port Arthur, TX area occasionally. Duties & Responsibilities:● Manage the hiring and training of Project Controls staff, (Planner/Schedulers, Project Accountants, Project Cost Controls).● Implement and maintain company’s Project Controls procedures and tools.● Manage and oversee project cost control, change management, progress reporting and scheduling from design through construction.● Interface with EPC contractors for project reporting requirements and weekly status meetings.● Manage and oversee Project Accounting group responsible for producing Time and Material invoices.● Manage project expenditure forecasting and cashflow projections. Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years Project Controls experience.5 years Project Controls Management experience a must.BS in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, Business, or equivalentSAP PS Module experience a plusPrimavera experience a must, P6 a plus.For immediate consideration, please forward your current resume and salary expectations to hr@tracerindustries.com .
