Basic Job Functions: Provide overall support for the project management group in the execution of large capital projects. Apply strong administrative support to assist in procurement, expediting purchase orders, and processing invoices. Expedite all purchase orders to coordinate proper delivery schedule. Document and process engineering submittals and request for proposals. Provide MS PowerPoint presentations and key meeting minutes. Compile and issue project management reports. Support financial reporting and cost tracking to issue monthly project reports. Assist the project management group compiling final As-Built Drawings and project documentation binders. Provide overall office administrative support. Experience:5 years experience providing project management support in the architectural/engineering/construction fields. Required Skills:MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Project literacyStrong verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to project success Physical requirements:May sit and/or stand periodically during the day.May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.May reach over shoulder heights or below the waist.Required to walk, climb stairs and on equipment.Required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, talk and hear.
