Project Accountant

Project Accountant – Commercial Construction



Responsible for all aspects of job cost accounting.  Provides Project Management team with an effective and controlled reporting of project profits, subcontractor payments and issues, client billings and issues, pending and approved change orders, past due accounts receivable, with timely recognition and resolution of issues. Must know AIA billing as well as other billing methods.  Responsible for all job related payables and vendor management.



Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:  3 years of accounting experience; 2 years commercial construction experience.  Soft Skills Needed:  Quick Learner, Outgoing/Polite but Outspoken and highly organized; ability to multi-task a must.
