Design and implement Microsoft Office Business Applications (OBA), modify and maintain legacy Line of Business (LOB) Systems and Applications including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Viewpoint Construction Software, and Roof Logic.  Train and perform technical support.  Based on projects and status, work independently or as a member of a cross functional project team. Responsibilities

· Develop the data connections to display dashboards of Key Performance Indicators for sales personnel, operations personnel, supervisors and managers.

· Organize and manage the Software Development Lifecycle, including the retirement of archaic systems.

· Work with company personnel to analyze business processes and data documentation to enhance user efficiency.

· Create workflow templates that contain custom code and activities.

· Author workflow in SharePoint Designer and deploy the workflow template directly to the list or document library.

· Organize and administer enterprise content management to develop a consistent design and process for Web, document and records management.

· Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools; responding to support and maintenance requests.

· Update job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products.
