Product Engineering Manager

Your RESPONSIBILITIES Your QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE Manage a small team of engineers to develop and design capital investment equipment for the metals industry. Liaise with the Project Managers on contract related issues. Produce engineering project schedules. Manpower planning Customer site visits Representing SMS Meer Service Inc. at trade fairs Engineering degree, mechanical engineering preferred Several years of professional experience including machine design experience Medium equipment knowledge would be an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills Command of MS-Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, AutoCAD preferred but not required Business Travel required, up to 50% German language skills would be a plus From our employees we expect specialist competence, commitment and customer-oriented thinking, the ability to establish contacts and to work as part of a team as well as organizational skills and a keen interest in further training.
