Pipelines Inspector

Construction Inspection of installation of large diameter water pipelines for major Public Works project in Southern Nevada.  Applicants shall be experienced in inspection or construction of 36" and above concrete, welded steel, or HDPE water pipes for Public Works.  Applicants shall be knowledgable in all aspects of pipeline installation including excavation, embedment, fill placement, grading, compaction, pipe fitting, pipe joints, pipe laying, hydrostatic pressure testing, trench safety, and quality control.  Previous experience as a Pipeline Inspector on Public Works Projects is desirable. Projects to start 4th quarter of 2008 or 1st quarter of 2009.
