Payroll Position/Accounting Assistant
Payroll Position/Accounting Assistant - Construction company conveniently located off Rte. 95, North of Boston seeks experienced payroll administrator. The right candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of the complete payroll process including but not limited to federal/state tax payments, workmen's' compensation reporting, union benefits and certified payroll. In addition to payroll this position will also assist the accounting department in the areas of A/P, A/R with administrative duties as needed.
Requirements - Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel, accounting/payroll software (CFData software a plus). 5+ Years similar work experience.
