Parts Inventory Control Assistant

 

 

H.O. Penn, the Caterpillar equipment dealer for lower NY and all CT has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our company as a Parts inventory Control Assistant located in our Holtsville branch. This is great opportunity for a career minded individual to join a growing company.

 

In this role, the successful candidate will be performing the following functions:

 

o Maintain corporate parts files, create & maintain daily reports, & updatie parts databases as required

o  Perform daily parts inventory maintenance

o  Place branch orders and transfers for parts

o  Update pricing information for all parts

 

Qualifications:

· High School Graduate, some College preferred

· Minimum of two years clerical experience, parts department administrative experience a plus

·  Good computer skills and must of knowledge of MS WOrd, Excel, and Outlook

· Good organizational & communication skills required

· Inventory and/or purchasing skills required
