Parts Coordinator

Individual needed to work in the office for the Parts Department.  Will be responsible for purchasing parts, vendor invoice approvals, customer invoicing, miscellaneous filing and inventory control.  Requires the ability to interact with Customers and Technicians in order to provide technical support regarding parts.  Compares stock numbers, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, parts lists and similar references to verify accuracy of requisitions and shipping orders.  This individual will coordinate transactions related to after market and used parts for internal support.  May conduct some sales of parts over the phone and emphasize salable features; quote prices and credit terms and prepare parts orders.

 

Must be able to communicate in person and via phone in a professional manner.  Requires strong data entry skills in Excel and Word applications. Must be able to create spreadsheets.  Strong attention to detail required.
