PAYROLL COORDINATOR
Our client, a well known Fortune 500 Company located in lower Fairfield County, is searching for a
Payroll Coordinator
with an Associates Degree and a minimum of one (1) year working with ADP PayForce.
The ideal candidate will possess:Minimum of three (3) years payroll experienceStrong knowledge of federal and state compliance and W-2 reportingKnowledge of expatriate reporting, relocation programs and executive fringe benefitsExperience working with personnel at all levels in a public company Ability to maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive issues and be detail orientedBasic knowledge of stock and option payroll transactions are a plus
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Verify accuracy of all related documents/reports prior to payroll entryCalculate salary, overtime, retro pay adjustments, garnishments; MIB payments Perform tax gross-upsPrepare monthly payroll G/L entries for Finance; semi-monthly overtime reportsTrack and make all taxable fringe payroll entries, payments for sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, severance and tuition reimbursements; loan interest calculationsWork with outside accountants regarding expatriate payroll entries
