Operations Manager / Concrete Block Plant

Willow Creek Concrete Products is one of Georgia’s finest producers of retaining wall and paver stone products.  The company’s mission is to produce high-quality concrete products – most notably VERSA-LOKÒ Retaining Wall Systems and Willow Creekä Paving Stones– for distribution throughout Georgia, Alabama, Florida and South Carolina. 

We are currently seeking an experienced manufacturing Operations Manager for our new, state of the art, Fairburn, GA facility.   This position will direct, administer and control the manufacturing operations of the block plant to achieve the desired quality, quantity and favorable costs, consistent with the policies, goals and objectives of the company. Essential qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, or a related two-year post high school diploma/certificate and a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, in lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required. Demonstrated manufacturing management experience in one or more production functions, working knowledge of production scheduling and plant safety compliance issues, and demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary. The most qualified candidate will possess previous plant management experience for the concrete products industry.
