Operations / Estimating Administrator
We're currently searching for an Operations / Estimating Administrator to perform the following duties:Order plans, specifications and geotechnical reports.Coordinate with agencies, solicit pricing from sub contractors and vendors, and submit proofs of compliance to project owners.Type spec summaries; maintain estimating schedules, files and reporting.Prepare and submit estimating bonds and estimates.Submit contract documents.Process various project documents: time sheets, certified payroll, compliance reporting and submittals.Update databases and spreadsheets containing information including field production tracking, job site crews / equipment, and provide preliminary information to sub contractors and vendors.Prepare outgoing mail, order office supplies, collect time sheets, other administrative duties as required.Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and governmental regulations; able to write reports, business correspondence, present information and respond to inquiries from agencies, sub contractors, suppliers. Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet.Â
