Operations Assistant - Construction and Rental Company

We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Operations Assistant. This position will be located at our Murrieta, CA office.

Job Duties Include: Function to support the Vice-President, Estimator,  Superintendent, and the needs of the Group. Dispatch construction and rental equipment to jobsites. Write and maintain rental contracts. Weekly rental invoicing. Maintain equipment inventories. Keep customer contacts updated for the Group. Organize and maintain files, update lists and reports. Compose, type, format and edit internal and external correspondence. Prepare/sort outgoing/incoming mail, faxes, e-mail and FedEx. Order and maintain supplies. Arrange for equipment maintenance. Perform other general office duties and special projects as required.

 Job Requirements: Must be detail-oriented, customer focused, organized; possess a sense of urgency. Candidates should have strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and take the initiative to provide support. 1-2 years experience in the field of Construction or Engineering field a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and sensitivity.
