Office Staff:  Duties include, but may not be limited to, billing, some AR, help with payroll preparation (we use a payroll service), answering telephone, communicating with field staff, issuing purchase order numbers, and assisting General Manager.  Skills should include, 10 key, computer knowledge (basic office programs, Word and Excel), and good telephone skills.
