Office Manager/Secretary for Construction Office.Memphis Wrecking Company is a stable, thriving, 73 year old demolition company.  We can offer job security, benefits and interesting work.  We are seeking to fill this position immediately with a qualified individual.  If you are seeking  a position that is stimulating, challenging, and exciting this may be the job for you. If you are a take charge person who gets things done accurately and in a timely manner, can multi-task, and learn things quickly without supervision, you may be the person we are looking for.  Please read on for the requirements of this position.Extremely busy, nonsmoking, construction office. Full time, Mon-Fri, 45-50 hours per week. Benefits, vacation, bonuses & retirement. This is not an entry level position.Only those with the following requirements will be contacted:

  Previous experience working in a construction office Able to supervise others while handling heavy workload Proficient in  Word, Excel and Quick books Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Outstanding communication,organizational and management skills Responsible, dedicated, good work ethic Able to handle stress, deadlines, and multiple tasks competently

This position offers variety, and stability. It is interesting work and very fast paced.  Excellent pay for qualified individual.
