The Office Assistant supports the Riverside Branch Manager with accounting functions and analyzing the branch financial statements. Primary duties will include working on budgeting and forecasting, perform payroll, billing, and AP, petty cash, review and maintain contract folders, answering phones, credit and collections, as well as other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidates will have strong verbal and written skills and be detailed oriented.H.S. diploma, Course and/or College Degree desired;2+ years experience in an office environment including bookkeeping, billing, payroll (ADP a plus). Must be proficient in Word and Excel and have AS400 experience. ADP and strong contract billing background experience a plus.
