Office Administrator

Are you an organized self-starter who can prioritize multiple responsibilities while being detail oriented in a fast paced and changing work environment?

 

The Greenville, SC location of ThyssenKrupp Elevator is seeking a dependable professional Office Administrator, who will be responsible for answering a multi-line phone system and providing excellent customer service to customers requesting service on TKE equipment; using a Nextel radio to dispatch technicians to job sites; entering work orders into the computer; ordering parts; conducting collections on customers’ accounts; filing; typing correspondence; preparing reports; and performing other administrative/office duties as needed. 



High school diploma or GED is required.  One to two (1-2) years of administrative & collections experience is necessary.  Willingness to learn a variety of duties and assist the team as needed.  Great customer service & communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and good organizational skills are a necessity for this position. Good computer skills are essential (Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel). Previous construction or elevator industry experience is a plus.
