RESPONSIBILITIES included but not limited to:

* Prepare budgets, pricing and estimating.
*Estimated proposals through quantity surveying and detailed pricing for commercial construction projects.
* Accountable for a proportionate share of the forecasted revenue volume in the desired market.
* Provide and coordinate full estimating services on large, complex work and all types of projects either directly or through subordinate personnel.
* Review and proposal specification historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports.
* Review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meeting.
* Coordinate total estimating effort and provide technical support to personnel preparing discipline estimates relevant to particular bid/project as assigned.
* Participate in approved Estimating training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:* Excellent communication skills in both written and oral.
* Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, plus ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems.
* Must have ability to prepare complex proposals with minimum supervision.
* Must have 4 year engineering degree or equivalent combinations technical training/experience.
* Must have 5-8 years estimating and cost control with construction industry.
* Must have knowledge of company procedures, estimating techniques, all engineering disciplines, cost control systems and accounts required.

SALARY:
* $75,000-$110,000/year DOE
