National Division Manager - Demolition, Abatement, & Site Prep
Nuprecon, L.P. is one of the largest demolition and hazardous material abatement contractors in the United States. With a 21 year history of steady expansion we are continuing to grow both locally and nationally with offices in Snoqualmie Ridge, WA, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Honolulu, HI. Nuprecon performs a wide range of interesting and challenging site preparation and construction phase services (See the "Major Projects" section on our website: www.nuprecon.com)
These services include:
• Total building removal
• Interior stripping and gutting
• Selective demolition and historic preservation
• Concrete saw-cutting and core drilling
• Hazardous materials abatement
• Site preparation
• Soil remediation
• Salvage and recycling.
National Division Manager
Nuprecon’s National Division performs a full range of demolition and site preparation services for contractors and owner/developers. The range of services of the National Division includes total to selective demolition, interior demolition including hazardous materials abatement, and site preparation. Nuprecon, L.P. is seeking a National Division Manager with a strong background in the demolition and/or construction industry, experience building and leading a top rate team and a broad “generalist” aptitude for business development.
Traits & Skills
Successful applicants must have a strong desire to be challenged and must pride themselves on building business, opening new accounts, nurturing relationships and providing quality service. The National Division is growing in leaps and bounds and requires an individual with great communication, administrative, planning, organization and leadership skills. They must also have proven experience in estimating, negotiating, project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
Ideal Candidates will have at least seven (7) years prior management experience in a business-to-business service industry at the Division level or above. This is a challenging, fast-paced, interesting position with lots of variety in a teamwork environment. Strong computer skills are required (especially MS Excel). We will work with the right applicant if relocation is necessary but local applicants are preferred. Frequent travel is required.

Additional Requirements:
Education & Years of Work Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in a construction related discipline and 7 years relevant experience (see below) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Relevant Experience
o Managing commercial demolition and abatement projects in excess of $2 million per project
o Managing construction business operations in a startup environment.
o Business development in construction
o Field operations management in the construction industry
o Establishing and achievement of business unit operational and financial growth goals
o General operational and financial responsibility for business unit and/or company
o Management in demolition, abatement, and/or construction markets outside of Washington State preferred.
Skills
o Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
o Expert-level skills with Estimating and Project Management
o Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
o Ability to prioritize, organize, manage time and delegate responsibility
Compensation: Exempt, salaried; paid weekly.
Travel: 20%-50% of schedule
Must be able to travel as projects dictate
Relocation assistance is available for ideal candidates
Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday; 50+ hours per week depending on workload, occasional weekend work required.
