Our clients include both government and institutional facilities across 15 states. We are seeking seasoned construction professionals to manage/estimate multiple commercial projects. Primary responsibility is managing delivery order execution in accordance with contract requirements and project management procedures. Attend pre-issuance site visits for each job order to determine existing conditions, develop client needs in detail, and develop preliminary approximations of types of materials to be used. Evaluate proposals from vendors and/or subcontractors for compliance with scope of workB.S. degree in engineering, construction, or related field Mechanical expertise, with minimum five years project experience in the construction industry for commercial, federal or institutional clientsExperience in assisting in management and coordination direct hire crafts and multiple subcontractorsComputer expertise with estimating systemsFamiliarity with construction means and methodsGood understanding of principles, methods, and techniques of architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineeringGood oral and written communications skillsMust be a US CitizenFor quick consideration apply here
