Marketing Development Manager (Canadian Market)
My client, a $2 billion dollar New York Stock Exchange Company, with manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S. seeks an outstanding candidate for this position. The Division is located in Memphis, TN and services customers throughout the U.S. and Canada. This position will be responsible for the Canadian customers and one can live in Canada; however, if the candidate prefers to live in U.S. his/her office will be in Memphis, TN.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing of steel structures throughout Canada, including sales rep management, alliance partner relationship management, RFQ management, new customer development, backlog accuracy and fulfillment and all other aspects of customer management.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the annual sales of all products for the region, from customer contact through payment collection and next order. Understand the revenue streams and probable responses based on changes in price, lead time or product changes.Manage the alliance customer contracts and relationships.Quote jobs for non-aligned customers and work effectively with other division functions to form the bid response. Develop winning tactics for projects through innovative engineering, scheduling and cost management.Prepare Fast Tract drawings within the region when appropriate.
