MARKETING

Marketing Database Coordinator

LiRo, an Architectural/Engineering Construction mgt firm with a staff of 300+, seeks a professional to join our Marketing Dept in Syosset, LI.

In this position, you must be proficient with Deltek Vision and should be able to:Generate new reports Perform complex queriesProvide administrative dutiesTrain/support individuals Act as liaison with Deltek technical support.

You will interface with all LiRo departments and gather information; implement procedures and schedule for review, editing and updating all personnel and project database records; maintain consistency in writing style and format for resume and project texts; and create new database records for new projects and personnel information. You must possess outstanding interpersonal & communication skills & excellent writing abilities.
